Last time before I change my theme, I plan to use another theme which is design by BOB (blogohblog.com). Unfortunately the theme are not compatible with either firefox or IE.

Either one will screw up if I can manage fix once of them vice versa. So i give up with that theme. I decide touse this O2 theme since both browser give me a nice look.

Other then this 2 famous browser, there are other web browser such as Opera, Epiphany, BonEcho, Flock, Galeon, SeaMonkey, Navigator, Minefield, Kazehakase, Iceweasel, and much more. Your website may have different lay out when using different web browser

Different web browser in different OS (Operating system) also may give you different layout too. I was tested my website with browsershots.org. This website shows my website layout in different web browser and also in different OS too. All are working fine.

How to Submit Sitemap to Live Search Webmaster Center

Did you submit sitemap to microsoft webmaster tools , submit sitemap to MSN.com? or in the other word, submit sitemap to Live.com

When people talking on search engine (SE), the most 3 top search engine on the world will be Google, Yahoo, and Msn a.k.a Microsoft (Live). After get know how tosubmit sitemap to Google Webmaster, and submit feed to Yahoo Site Explorer, now I going to talk about how to submit sitemap to live.com (microsoft webmaster tools) or in another word, we said submit sitemap to MSN.com.

How to submit sitemap to Msn Webmaster Center?

1) sign in to Live Webmaster Center with your ID at http://webmaster.live.com/

2) Submit your website address, sitemap address and email address into the live search webmaster center

3) After submit, you require to do verification for your website, you can either choose verify your website via upload a xml file to the root folder, or adding a meta tag into your website index page. In this case, I choose upload the verification file into my root folder. After upload, you must able to accesshttp://yourwebsite.com/LiveSearchSiteAuth.xml

4) Last step, click return to site list, you will see your website URL there, click on it to check on the verification (Just need few second, the verification will done)

After you click into the URL you will see which web page has been index, and how many web page has been index too. Also show the last crawled date.

base on the Microsoft webmaster center, you can found some related information such as, website crawl issue, back links, outbound links, and etc.

After I submit the website, I will wait for few week after, hope to see that more page get indexes from Live Search Spider.

Honestly, I am a traffic freak who very fever on Search Engine (SE) traffic.

People said

No matter black cat or white cat, as long can catch mouse is a good cat.

No matter is Big Search Engine or Small Search Engine, new or old, famous or non famous, as long can bring me traffic is a GOOD Search Engine.

Recently I come across this new Search Engine name BING.com; this SE belong to Microsoft, basically the algorithm are almost same with their others SE, such as live.com and msn.com. (I guess).

How to Submit Feed to Yahoo Site Explorer

After talking about How to submit sitemap to google with using google webmaster tools, do you found any special for your website? Does your traffic increase? Google bot or spider will take few week up to few month to arrive your website, if you found not much changes, the best thing you can do is get more back link to your website, possibility Google bot or spider come your website will be higher, it might come from other website who link your blog.

Now, let see how to submit feed URL to Yahoo Site Explorer, Yahoo Site Explorer is a website which a bit similar to Google webmaster tools, you can submit feed URL to Yahoo Site Explorer, and let yahoo bot or spider crawl your website.

Now, 1st you need to access: Yahoo Site Explorerhttp://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/

Key in your URL over there and hit “Add My Site“, they will bring you to yahoo login page. You require a yahoo account over here, or use your yahoo email login ID to access.

Once access, you will see the URL you added there, you require to submit your feed URL in the yahoo site explorer. Click on the “0″ below feed

Key in your feed URL in to Yahoo Site Explorer, and submit it.

After submit the feed URL to yahoo site explorer, back to the main page, and click on the yellow button (red arrow) to verify or authenticated your website,

There are 2 option, either by uploading a verification file or by adding a META tagto your website

In this case, I will choose uploading a verification file to my website.

You are provide to download a HTML file, if you unable to download the file, just open a notepad, copy the string above (f0f59bxxxxxxxxxx), paste into the notepad and save as y_key_38xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.html

After you have this .html file, upload it into your webhosting (Under Public_html) and access http://yoururl.com/y_key_38xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.html, you will see the string display on this web page.

Once finish, click “Ready to Authenticate“, and you can take a break, Yahoo take up to 24 hours to verify your website 

Well, I try to back the the Yahoo Site Explorer Page, search for my own domain, it shows

6 Page was index by Yahoo previously, and 168 back link at the moment. Base on above page, what I can see 3 out of 6 are link by other website, number 1 are link from 168 website, while 4, 5 are linked by iCalvyn.com before.

My 2 cent
Before I submit the feed to Yahoo, the bot and spider actually come my website from other website which link me. In conclusion, back link is very important to let Search Engine Bot or spider to visit your website. (correct me if I am wrong)

After check the summary, it show 0 page index yet, I have try to check the stat after few week, the number of pages and inlinks has increase.

Well, I also realize there are some traffic come from yahoo search engine, but not as much as from Google search engine
