200MB Disk Space are enough for personel website of beginner, the advantage is this webhosting able to Host Own domain, you can choose subdomain if you dont have a domain. Only 1 MySQL database should enough for beginner. Since it is free, that sure have some disadvantage, i have hosted those opensources CMS such as Joomla and osCommerce, it can support and run normally, only can’t send out notification mail to the person who sign up as member. According to some Webmaster from WMM forum, the Mail () function on the hosting are close or disable, it is to prevent people send out spam mail
